property, and acquire a certificate
indicating any encumbrances or lack
thereof. For plots of land, we undertake
a full study of the cadastral plan,
regulation and construction permits,
infrastructure, tracing and layout, if
not done by the previous owner, by a
certified geodesy and cadastral services
company.
We prepare a provisional agreement for
the sale and all documents necessary for
the registration of the transaction. The
final agreement, unless the client
prefers other arrangements, is also
prepared by our lawyers. At the signing
the final agreement before a Notary
Public, one of our lawyers or the broker
of the sale are present and guarantee
