The agency was established in 1994 and
was initially a joint venture with
Bulgarian Properties OOD – one of the
pioneers in this field and one of the
first large national real estate
companies in Bulgaria.
Between 1998 and 2003 we worked in
successful collaboration with Imobila
OOD Varna.
Since 2004 the agency struck on its own,
financially and legally, as an
independent family company.
Today about 70% of the agency’s clients
are repeat customers – a testimonial to

owners of the agency and all full-time
employees have college education. The
